The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development. Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for consumption

• Supervising and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.

• Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.

• Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.

• Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible

Key Requirements:

• Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience

• Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications

• Excellent communication skills

• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food

• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Strong work ethic

• Adhere to all Food Health and Safety Regulations

• Availability to work weekends

Position Offers:

• Full-Time Hours

• Permanent

• Salary between $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation
