Dash Group is growing, and we’re looking for reliable and motivated General Labourers to join our team for ongoing civil projects across Nambour and the wider Sunshine Coast region.
If you’re hands-on, hardworking, and ready to make an impact on exciting civil works projects, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Valid White Card
- Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable transport
- Proven experience in construction, civil, or landscape labouring
- Experience operating a range of hand and power tools
- A solid work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team

Highly Regarded Qualifications The following tickets and certifications will be highly valued:

- Forklift Licence
- EWP Ticket
- Telehandler Ticket
- Excavator Ticket
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Working Safely at Heights Certification




- Confined Spaces Certification

Experience That Will Stand Out We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Civil labouring
- Machine operation
- Spotting machinery
- Concrete works
- Retaining walls
- Basic carpentry
- General construction or landscape labouring
