Our Role

As Residential Experience Team Member, you will be a warm and welcoming presence that shapes an exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. By coordinating events, fostering strong resident engagement and best in class services, you will help cultivate a strong sense of community at INDI Southbank.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide warm, skilled service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
- Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
- Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate registered with Consumer Affairs VIC
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- Confident problem solving and decision making ability
- Entry level leasing experience
