With Christmas trading fast approaching, our clients are looking to secure experienced Store Managers now to lead some of their key stores through the busiest and most commercially important period of the retail calendar.
We are currently recruiting for multiple Store Manager opportunities across the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs, with several of our clients seeking strong leaders for flagship, high-volume fashion stores.

ABOUT THE ROLE

These are hands-on leadership positions where you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, lead and develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Depending on the brand and location, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a large, fast-paced retail team and creating a strong performance culture
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial results
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Coaching, motivating and developing your team
• Managing store operations, rostering and wage budgets
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Managing stock, loss prevention and inventory processes
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
• Building strong relationships with customers and creating brand loyalty
• Leading your team through the Christmas trading period and beyond
• Acting as a strong brand ambassador and role model

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for experienced retail leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will ideally have:
• Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or a high-volume retail environment




• Proven experience managing large teams and busy store operations
• A robust commercial focus with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Strong understanding of rostering, wage budgets and store profitability
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, energetic and hands-on leadership style
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to remain calm, focused and solutions-oriented during peak trading periods
• A genuine passion for fashion, retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences
