We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our passionate team and help lead service at one of the island’s most iconic venues.

Your Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect Coca Chu’s dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be a confident and approachable leader who can motivate, train, and support your team to deliver seamless service from start to finish.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations during service





- Lead by example in providing warm, qualified, and engaging guest service

- Mentor and support team members, maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and RSA regulations

- Collaborate with management to drive service improvements and uphold brand standards

- Contribute to staff training, performance development, and team culture initiatives

What we’re looking for

- Previous supervisory experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant

- Strong knowledge of service sequences, food and beverage, and wine pairing

- Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)

- Food Safety Certificate and Driver’s Licence (Desirable)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills

- A proactive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
