About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead and manage our office operations during this critical growth phase. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative systems, managing project support functions, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and review office services, set priorities and service standards

· Allocate human resources, space and equipment





· Assign work to and monitor performance of project support personnel and subcontractor administrative contacts

· Manage office accounts, budgets and financial reporting

· Liaise with professionals and project teams to coordinate office business

· Ensure office equipment, supplies and assets are maintained

· Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and office safety requirements

· Coordinate personnel activities including onboarding, training and performance management

· Prepare financial and operational reports for management review

Selection Criteria:

· Bachelor's degree or above

· Extensive experience in office management or senior administrative coordination

· Proven ability in daily office operations, resource allocation, and team coordination

· Experience in budget monitoring, financial administration, and cost control

· Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
