About The Role

Join our team at North Shore Private Hospital as a Billing Liaison Officer on a permanent part-time basis!

The role is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, collections, reporting; to name a few. You will have outstanding communication skills where you will use your superior customer service skills, liaising with internal and external customers.

About You

Your Skills and Experience

- Previous accounts receivable experience essential
- Robust customer service skills by telephone and in person
- Knowledge of Health fund contracts and accounting processes.
- High level of computer literacy and advanced user in Microsoft programs
- Experience in hospital mainframe systems
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
- Relevant health services experience (desirable)
