Renewable Performance Analyst | Perth Head Office | Monday - Friday

As Zenith continues to grow its renewable and hybrid portfolio, we are seeking a Renewable Performance Analyst to support performance reporting, contract compliance and the administration of key operational data across our sites.

This role is suited to either a graduate looking to build a career in renewable performance and commercial management, or an analyst with relevant experience who is ready to contribute from day one

About the Role

As part of the Operations team, you will support the accurate monitoring, reporting and administration of renewable asset performance. You will work closely with operational, commercial and technical teams to ensure performance information is complete, traceable and available to support sound decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

- Track, record and administer weekly, monthly and quarterly performance calculations, reports and renewable performance guarantees.
- Track excludable events and maintain an exclusion register across Zenith sites.
- Collect, maintain and organise evidence packs to support reported corrections and reconciliations.
- Collate and reconcile OEM data.
- Support the review of renewable asset performance, contract obligations and operational reporting.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and emerging issues, and escalate these as required.

About You

You enjoy working with data and have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in how assets performance. You can interpret data, form sound assumptions and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.

You may be a recent graduate,



or have previous experience in asset performance reporting, data analysis, asset management, energy, renewables or a related technical environment.

To be successful, you will bring:

- A relevant qualification in engineering, data analytics, science, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large or complex data sets.
- A structured and detail-focused approach to record keeping, reconciliations and reporting.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with operational, commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI, SCADA, OEM data, Python or SQL
