Our Energy & Resources Engineering Division delivers specialist mining, energy, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across Australia. Our team supports a diverse range of projects including process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, well leases, network gathering systems, major gas transmission pipelines, above-ground processing facilities, hydrogen infrastructure, refuelling stations, compression facilities, microgrids and renewable energy developments.

We are currently looking for final-year Mechanical Engineering students graduating at the end of this year, as well as recent Mechanical Engineering graduates, to join our Melbourne-based Graduate Development Program.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, develop practical technical skills, and build a long-term career within the energy and resources sector.

What to expect

As part of our Graduate Development Program, you'll be supported by experienced engineers while gaining exposure to a wide variety of technical and project-based work, including:

- Preparation and review of engineering design documents
- Engineering calculations and datasheets
- Equipment sizing and selection
- Piping stress analysis
- Engineering of skid-based equipment
- Pipeline engineering
- Integrity engineering
- Working closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver complex projects

Your background

We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, contribute and grow within a collaborative engineering environment.





You will ideally have:

- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with graduation expected at the end of this year or completed within the last two years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound analytical, problem-solving and technical report-writing abilities
- A commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering positive outcomes for clients
- A genuine interest in the energy, resources, hydrogen and renewable energy sectors
