About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Office Coordinator to join their Perth office. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive administrator looking to develop their career within a fast-paced corporate environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing high-quality administrative support to internal stakeholders.
This is a wide-ranging and hands-on position that will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple tasks, building relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the on boarding and induction of new employees, including arranging building access passes and office set-up
- Preparing workstations, equipment, and resources for new starters
- Assisting with desk moves, and workspace planning
- Liaising with building management, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and special delivery requests
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, including archiving documentation
- Handling confidential client information and sensitive records with discretion
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and office administration systems
- Monitoring and replenishing office stationery, kitchen, and consumable supplies
- Assisting with court filing, safe custody, and document management activities when required
- Coordinating internal events, client functions, team celebrations, and office initiatives
- Preparing meeting rooms, boardrooms,
and event spaces
- Providing reception support and professional front-of-house service when required
- Supporting workplace health and safety initiatives and maintaining office compliance records
- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring office facilities are presented to a high standard
- Managing shared calendars, meeting schedules, and room bookings
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative, office coordination, reception, or customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
