About the role

O'Briens Clothing Co is seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Stylist/Sales Consultant to join our team at our Manning, WA store. This is a part-time position (with potential to be full time) that offers flexibility whilst providing excellent opportunities to develop your retail and styling expertise. As a Fashion Stylist/Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, combining your fashion knowledge with exceptional sales skills to help clients find their perfect look. This role is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and sales performance, whilst representing the O'Briens Clothing Co brand values and aesthetic vision.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personalised styling advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual preferences, body type and lifestyle needs

- Assist customers with garment selection, fitting and purchasing decisions to enhance their shopping experience

- Maintain extensive product knowledge across all clothing ranges, fabrics, styles and current seasonal collections

- Process sales transactions accurately and professionally using point-of-sale systems

- Create attractive and visually appealing merchandise displays that showcase new arrivals and promotional items

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat visits and brand loyalty

- Manage stock levels, perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation and organisation

- Keep the retail environment clean, organised and welcoming at all times

- Stay informed about fashion trends, upcoming collections and promotional campaigns

- Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with O'Briens Clothing Co brand standards

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service or fashion styling within a retail environment

- Strong passion for fashion with the ability to identify styles, trends and colour coordination





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers

- Natural ability to understand customer needs and provide personalised recommendations

- Reliable, organised and detail-oriented with robust time management skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Cash handling experience and proficiency with point-of-sale systems

- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
