What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment process and finding great people. Working with the broader People team across ANZ and Asia, you will:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and business areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and applicant channels to build strong talent pipelines for both current and future opportunities.
- Support hiring managers throughout the interview process to ensure a fair, inclusive, and consistent approach to candidate assessment.




- Provide timely, constructive, and professional feedback to candidates at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Deliver a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, guidance on recruitment best practices, and recommendations on talent trends and candidate expectations.
- Lead and contribute to recruitment projects and talent initiatives across the region.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships.

- Proven recruitment experience within the financial services industry (highly regarded).
- Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including corporate and customer-facing operational positions.
- Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
- A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes and candidate experiences.
