The Chance

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of the planning, commercial performance and delivery of major projects while working closely with clients, technical specialists and project teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

This is a hands on, senior project delivery role with genuine influence. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, guide critical decisions, strengthen project governance and help drive consistent delivery performance across a portfolio of complex work.

This is more than delivering the projects in front of you. You'll help develop capability across the business by coaching project professionals, improving ways of working and contributing to the continued growth and maturity of Fyfe's project delivery capability.

The Impact You'll Have

- Lead complex projects from initiation through to completion, delivering strong outcomes across scope, programme, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
- Shape delivery strategies, governance frameworks and project controls that provide clarity, accountability and momentum.
- Strengthen commercial performance through effective forecasting, cost control, invoicing, variations, claims and cash flow management.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners while providing transparent leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Identify and secure new opportunities through proposal development, client engagement and relationship growth.
- Improve project delivery capability by coaching team members, sharing lessons learned and strengthening consistent ways of working.

What You'll Bring

You'll bring substantial project delivery experience,



strong commercial judgement and the ability to lead people and projects through complexity.

- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction management or a related discipline.
- Typically 10 to 15 years' relevant experience delivering complex projects within consulting, engineering or construction environments.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing senior client and stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced capability across scope, programme, cost, quality, risk, procurement, contracts, change and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including forecasting, margin management, invoicing, variations, claims and debt recovery.
- The ability to interpret complex information, exercise sound judgement and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the credibility to influence clients, project teams and internal stakeholders.

It would be great if you also have a formal project management qualification or qualified accreditation.
