THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to run your own store and be part of something new? Viva Leisure is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Retail Coordinator to lead the Supp Society store at Club Lime Forrestdale.

This is a role with a real story behind it. You'll start at Club Lime Forrestdale, which is transforming into Zoo Fit. The club will close for a few weeks for a full rebuild and is planned to re-open as Zoo Fit by the end of the year. Your Supp Society store is a fully functioning store and will keep trading once the doors re-open.

While the club is being reset, you won't be standing still. You'll be out learning and assisting at other Supp Society stores in the area, picking up new ideas, seeing how different stores run and building your retail skills. Then you'll bring it all back to Forrestdale for the Zoo Fit re-opening.

Reporting to the Club Manager, this permanent full-time, hands-on role puts you in charge of the store's day-to-day operations and performance. You'll drive sales, create an outstanding customer experience, manage stock and merchandising, and keep the retail space running efficiently and safely in line with Supp Society and Viva Leisure procedures.

You won't be doing it alone. Member Services staff will help with store operations, and you'll guide them with retail know-how when they need it. Working closely with the Club Manager, you'll help create a seamless experience across the retail and gym floor and support broader club operations when needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

- 2–3 years’ experience in retail, sales or customer service, including experience providing day-to-day leadership or supervision.
- Previous experience in the supplement, fitness or wellness industry is highly regarded.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- A sales-driven approach with demonstrated experience achieving or exceeding targets.
- Sound knowledge of sports nutrition, supplements and fitness-related products, or the ability to build this knowledge quickly.
- Product training or qualifications in sports supplements or nutraceuticals are highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of retail operations,



inventory management, merchandising and POS systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate priorities across an embedded retail and gym environment.
- High attention to detail in store presentation, stock control, transactions and compliance.
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to support broader club operations when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee the store’s daily operations and performance, acting as the main point of contact for retail matters.
- Deliver knowledgeable, customer-focused service and personalised product recommendations that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales through promotions, upselling, cross-selling and other initiatives, while monitoring results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stocktakes, transfers, pricing, promotions and visual merchandising.
- Complete POS transactions, cash handling, EFTPOS reconciliations and end-of-day procedures accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented retail environment aligned with Supp Society standards.
- Provide retail-related guidance to Member Services staff when they assist with store operations and coordinate coverage with club leadership.
- Work closely with the Club Manager to integrate retail activities into the broader member experience and support club operations when required.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure compliance with Viva Leisure and Supp Society procedures, including health, safety, hygiene and incident reporting.
