About the Role:
As an Appliance Consultant, you'll be the hero our customers need! Engage with them through our defined sales process, showcasing and educating them on our high-end appliances, from sleek refrigerators to other premium products. You'll drive sales results and key metrics with a proactive and focused approach to each customer interaction. Keep our brand shining bright with positive and respectful customer service, striving for excellence in every engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Chat with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, focusing on high-end appliances.

- Smash sales targets and achieve key performance metrics.

- Deliver top-notch customer service, promoting our brand with a smile.

About You:

- Experience in the electrical appliances and home goods industry is a plus but not essential.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales and customer service role in a retail environment.
