This role is primarily based at PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport, which is conveniently located adjacent to Melbourne Airport. Featuring 276 guest accommodation rooms, over 1000 square metres of conferencing space and the Airo Restaurant & Bar, PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is the perfect landing place.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport are currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and supportive Night Manager to join our friendly Front Office team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, be a fantastic communicator, and be a natural team player who has the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail under pressure. This role will suit someone with experience and extreme passion for hotels & hospitality, who loves when every day is different from the next!

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this rewarding role will see you:

- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

- Develop our team members to provide excellent, personalised guest service

- Provide support and guidance to all departments in the absence of departmental managers

- Respond to emergencies within the hotel, including acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer

- Work overnight shifts, including availability on weekends

- Manage Hotel operations within a fast-paced and varied airport environment

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience in a 3+ Hotel Supervisor position

- Thorough understanding of Hotel operations

- Demonstrated confidence in conflict resolution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with all guests & associates

- A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for providing gracious and dependable hospitality

- Approachable persona with the ability to successfully encourage and coach team members
