The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our growing production team. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys precision work, thrives in a team environment, and takes real pride in a job well done.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Precision Welding: Using jigs to align and weld components to tight tolerances (±0.5mm)
✅ Production Welding: Perform consistent, repeatable welding and grinding activities to manufacture welded assembly components.
✅ Work Area Organisation: Keeping your space clean, safe, and efficient
✅ Following Procedures: Carefully following job sheets, drawings, safe operating procedures and verbal instructions
✅ Teamwork: Supporting and learning from experienced colleagues to deliver top quality results

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience: 2+ years in fabrication or welding in a production environment
Technical Skills:





- Strong MIG welding ability (you’ll be tested pre-employment)

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Confident operating overhead cranes, 5” grinders, and workshop equipment
Safety-First Mindset: Demonstrates strong WHS awareness and responsibility
Efficiency & Precision: Plans work ahead, works neatly and to spec
Punctual & Reliable: Shows up on time, ready to get the job done
Licensing & Qualifications: Valid driver’s license & Forklift ticket, Trade Qualified

- Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical

- Completion of required Onboarding and safety documentation.
