What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same! You'll be part of a busy team helping our customers and keeping things moving.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Answering customer calls, emails and online enquiries.
- Helping customers with questions, requests and service updates.
- Logging customer requests and information into our CRM system.
- Working with our Operations and Logistics teams to keep services on track.
- Building positive relationships with customers and making sure they receive great service.
- Helping customers understand our products and services.
- Supporting the Sales team with customer enquiries and call overflow.
- Following up on customer requests and making sure nothing gets missed.
- Solving problems and finding practical solutions for customers.
- Keeping customer information accurate and up to date.
- Getting involved in team meetings, training and coaching.
- Helping with general administration and team tasks when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hardworking, positive and keen to learn.





You don't need to know everything on day one — we'll help you learn the systems and processes. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

You'll ideally have:

- Some customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or call centre experience.
- A friendly and confident communication style.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Solid attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- The ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach to your work.
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
- The ability to work as part of a team while also getting things done independently.
- A genuine interest in helping customers and solving problems.
- A professional and positive attitude.
