About the role

Cogent Scaffolding is seeking a Graduate Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic Contracts Management team. This is a full-time position based at our Banyo, QLD office. As a Graduate Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective administration and management of our construction contracts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in construction contracts management whilst working with a progressive and supportive organisation. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in contract administration, documentation, and stakeholder communication within the construction and scaffolding industry.

What you'll be doing

This is a full-time position incorporating a structured 12-month graduate development program.

You’ll gain practical experience across areas including:

- Contracts administration

- Progress claims, variations and dayworks

- Project cost tracking and commercial reporting

- Procurement and supplier management

- Subcontract administration

- Forecasting and reconciliations

- Project documentation and contract registers

- Estimating and design interpretation

- Construction systems and processes

- Aconex, MYOB and project systems

- Tier 1 project delivery

- Scaffolding operations and terminology

What we're looking for

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — that’s the point of a graduate position.





What we do expect is that you’re keen to learn, ask questions, take initiative and get involved.

You may have recently completed a degree in:

- Construction Management

- Project Management

- Quantity Surveying

- Business

- Or another relevant discipline
