Programmed Skilled Workforce is partnering with a global leader in height safety, fall protection and modular access systems to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for their NSW operation in Minchinbury.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand who enjoys working alongside their team while taking ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation.

Minchinbury, NSW | Permanent Full time | Day Shift | $100,000 + Super

About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the NSW warehouse, providing hands-on leadership to a team of approximately five warehouse staff.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, warehouse operators and drivers and internal teams, you will ensure the smooth flow of stock and freight through the warehouse.

This is a hands-on Supervisor role, with involvement across warehouse operations, forklift work, freight, inventory and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse team and workload

- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, loading and dispatch

- Oversee inbound and outbound freight and transport requirements

- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading when required

- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records

- Support stocktakes and cycle counts

- Work closely with drivers, transport providers and internal teams

- Use INFOR ERP and other warehouse systems

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse





- Identify and resolve operational issues and improve warehouse processes

- Lead by example and support the team to meet daily priorities

About You

We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional with a hands-on leadership style.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand

- Strong warehousing, freight, transport or distribution experience

- Current LF Forklift License

- Current NSW (or Australian equivalent) Driver's License

- Confident forklift operating experience

- Experience with loading, unloading, receivals and dispatch

- Experience using a WMS or ERP system

- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills

- A strong safety focus

- The ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on

INFOR experience is advantageous but not essential.
