About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Kilburn facility.

This is a full-time permanent position working a day shift roster of 7 x 12-hour shifts per fortnight (6:45am – 7:15pm), providing an excellent work-life balance.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our plant and equipment. This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring you to work alongside the maintenance team "on the tools" while supervising daily maintenance activities, coordinating breakdown response, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing technical leadership and support to the maintenance team

- Performing hands-on maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and troubleshooting of plant equipment

- Coordinating and assisting with breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise production output

- Planning and supervising preventative and corrective maintenance activities

- Analysing maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities





- Working closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance and reliability

- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements

- Managing maintenance resources and supporting budget objectives

- Coaching, mentoring, and developing maintenance personnel

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment

- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical, or a related discipline

- Strong hands-on maintenance experience with the ability to lead by example

- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

- Solid organisational and planning skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Experience managing maintenance schedules, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
