With major maintenance and shutdown work across some of WA’s biggest operations, we’re looking for experienced Leading Hand Scaffolders who know how to get the best out of a crew, keep work moving and set the standard when it comes to safety, quality and productivity.

Whether you’re looking for regular maintenance work or shutdown opportunities, there’s plenty happening at Breight Group.
The Work As a Leading Hand Scaffolder, you’ll work closely with our Supervisors while providing hands-on leadership to your crew.

You’ll be on the tools when required, but you’ll also play an significant role in coordinating daily activities, allocating work, supporting your team and making sure the job is delivered safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need




To join the crew, you’ll need:

- Current Advanced Scaffolding (SA) High Risk Work Licence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and support a crew
- A strong focus on safety, quality and getting the job done
- Working at Heights and Confined Space completed within the last 2 years
- Valid Australian working rights
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
