Axis is seeking a MSK Physiotherapist to join our growing Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation team in Brisbane with experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, private practice, sports physiotherapy, or injury management who is looking to move into a rewarding workplace health role with greater flexibility and career progression.

You will deliver onsite physiotherapy, early intervention and workplace health services across Brisbane. With your private practice or musculoskeletal experience, you’ll enjoy more variety, greater flexibility and a better work-life balance without losing the clinical side of your role.
You'll work with leading Australian organisations, supporting employees through injury prevention, triage, early intervention and wellbeing initiatives while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule, work-from-home flexibility, dedicated admin time built into your week with low hands-on patient numbers.
Onsite occupational health experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you're an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist looking to transition from private practice into workplace health and injury management, we'll provide the training, mentoring and support you need to succeed.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapist at Axis, you'll deliver a mix of:
- Onsite physiotherapy and workplace health services
- Early intervention and injury management
- Occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work support
- Musculoskeletal assessments and injury prevention
- Telehealth triage and wellbeing services
- Workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration & Australia Work rights
- 2 years’ experience in private practice, musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
