LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES – SUPERVISORS & LEADING HANDS

JWS Industries Pty Ltd is a trusted provider of maintenance and project services across the mining and industrial sectors in Western Australia.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Supervisors and Leading Hands to join our operations at South32 Worsley and Talison Lithium, Greenbushes.

We are looking for experienced leaders who understand the demands of mining and industrial operations, can effectively lead site-based teams, and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for leaders who:

- S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification

- Have demonstrated leadership experience within the mining, resources or heavy industrial sectors

- Bring strong experience in maintenance, project execution or site operations

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety leadership and consistently lead by example

- Are client-focused and driven to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes

- Have experience leading, coaching and developing teams

- Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive team culture

- Thrive in dynamic maintenance, project and shutdown environments

- Have strong planning, organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills





- Hold a relevant Australian trade qualification

- Hold Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience at South32, Worsley

- Previous experience at Talison Lithium, Greenbushes

- Experience coordinating trades, subcontractors and work crews

- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills
