Relief Club Manager
Fixed-Term Opportunity (Approx. 8 Months) | Crookwell Services Club

Crookwell Services Club is seeking an experienced and hands-on club industry professional to lead the Club while the current Club Manager takes maternity leave.

Commencing in late November/early December 2026, you'll receive a structured handover before taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one of the region's most important community hubs. The appointment is expected to continue through to late July or early August 2027.

As the largest recreation and events venue in town, the Club hosts major community events, functions and sporting activities, serving approximately 1,300 members across its club and bowling facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Club
- Lead and support the management and staff team
- Prepare Board reports and attend Board meetings
- Monitor financial performance and compliance
- Manage key stakeholder, supplier and community relationships




- Support workforce planning and operational improvement initiatives
- Maintain excellent member and guest experiences

About You

- Previous leadership experience within a registered club or licensed venue
- Strong operational, financial and compliance skills
- Experience working with Boards and governance processes
- Practical, approachable and hands-on leadership style
- Current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications
