Geographe Civil are looking for a Service Truck Operator who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and keeps our equipment running smoothly across multiple Southwest sites. You will support our trades team by keeping our fleet serviced, fuelled and ready. It is a Full-Time role that directly supports the successful delivery of our client projects.

What You Will Be Doing

Keep the fleet moving by carrying out minor servicing, greasing, refuelling, and repair of minor defects across multiple sites

- Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure the Service Truck is in top condition

- Work closely with Site Supervisors, Workshop and Operations Teams to keep operations running efficiently

- Maintain accurate records, track inventory and document defects using simple, effective systems

- Follow all safety protocols,



environmental requirements and company procedures

- Pitch in when needed to assist with general workshop duties to support the wider team

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone who owns their work and takes pride in doing the job properly.

- Local Southwest resident with Civil Construction experience

- HR Licence and experience operating Service Trucks - essential

- White/Blue Construction Card

- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands on experience in daily maintenance, minor servicing and refueling of plant and equipment across sites and workshop environments

- A genuine commitment to safety with a proven track record of safe, responsible driving

- Solid problem solving and decision making skills

- Able to work confidently on your own but also collaborate well with the team to hit deadlines and achieve project goals

- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
