Your next career opportunity
You will play a key role in administering coursework programs and supporting teaching and learning activities. You will manage assessments, results and student support processes, particularly special consideration and extension applications. You will collaborate with staff and students in a creative arts faculty, using systems and academic data effectively.

What you will deliver:

- Contribute to coursework and non-award program administration, including results, teaching materials, governance, data and cohort management.
- Administer student support through special consideration and extension processes, liaising with coordinators, students and central services.
- Assist with scheduling and administering written and practical examinations and support Board of Examiners meetings.
- Respond to student enquiries via email and OneCRM, ensuring timely, accurate information and follow up.
- Support staff with Canvas LMS subject shells and contribute to Academic Support Office and faculty meetings.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Hold a degree or bring an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency with general computing, databases and high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Apply excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritisation and problem-solving skills to manage competing deadlines and workloads.




- Communicate effectively and build productive relationships within creative arts and tertiary education environments and team settings.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working with academic data, records, policies and administrative frameworks.
- Bring experience with creative arts or university environments and familiarity with LMS and student systems.

The Academic Support Office sits within the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music. The team underpins high-quality teaching and learning across the faculty's coursework programs. You will join a team-oriented professional group working closely with staff and students on assessments, examinations and data.
