Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Architects to lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, customer-facing portal development, integrations, application support, stakeholder management, and production support operations.

Role Descriptions

- Design, develop, configure and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Work across Salesforce platforms and products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and/or other Salesforce technologies.

- Develop and customise Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows and Salesforce APIs.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

- Design solution and technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.





- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or other integration technologies.

- Configure Salesforce features including Flows, validation rules, security, objects, reports, dashboards and automation.

- Develop reusable and maintainable solutions following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in technical design, code reviews, development, testing, deployment and production support.

- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and delivery teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, security and user experience.

- Support CI/CD, release management and DevOps practices across Salesforce environments.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for application and integration problems.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, specifications and deployment documentation.

- Ensure solutions comply with relevant security, governance, privacy and enterprise architecture standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and other team members where required.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms, development practices and delivery processes.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI and automation capabilities.
