Dog Friendly Co. is a Sydney based business specialising in personalised products looking for a hands-on operator to manage the end-to-end creation of our personalised items.

We are looking for Temporary Casuals to join us for our October to Early January 2027 period. Hours of operation are Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm with approximately 30-40 hours per week available

You will be producing quality, accurate designs onto our products and handing them over to the warehouse team to pick pack customer orders.

The role involves loading Vinyl onto a cutting machine, setting up the equipment and sending the designs to be cut via design software. Once cut the vinyl will need to be manually weeded and heat transferred onto fabrics.

Job Role:

- Vinyl preparation cutting & weeding

- Quality assessment of printed products

- Operation of Heat Press

- Creation of cut files

- Machine maintenance





The ideal applicant will have:

- A keen eye for detail.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.

- Basic computers skills

- Good at troubleshooting

- Proactive

- Willingness to learn

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Reliable

Training will be provided to further your skills in the following

- Vinyl application

- Vinyl preparation cutting & weeding

- Heat Press operation

- Design software usage
