We are currently seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in real estate.

There are two administrative support staff for the Property Management team.

Ideal Candidate for this role

Certificate of Registration or Assistant Agent Required.

Passion for building a career in Property Management.

Current NSW driver's license and reliable motor vehicle.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and self-motivated.





Availability to work Saturdays (time in-lieu available during week).

Driven to grow and take on new challenges.

Primary responsibilities of this position include

Conduct Property viewings, including Saturday open for inspections.

Assist with ingoing / Outgoing & routine inspections.

Manage the prospective tenant database for leasing enquiries & application reference checks.

Co-ordinate maintenance and liaise with tradespeople and tenants.

Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day tasks.
