Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate start to become part of our team, delivering secured projects. The successful candidate will be required to work a 2 week on / 1 week off roster in remote QLD (FIFO Role).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

· Supervision and coordination of maintenance personnel across a large civil and mining fleet

· Managing planned servicing, breakdown response and preventative maintenance activities

· Monitoring equipment availability, utilisation and downtime performance

· Coordinating repairs, parts ordering and subcontract maintenance providers

· Maintaining accurate maintenance records, service schedules and work orders





· Liaising with project management and operations teams to minimise equipment downtime and maximise productivity

· Ensuring maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company safety systems and site compliance requirements

· Assisting with fault finding, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives across the fleet

· Managing workshop housekeeping and ensuring a high standard of workplace safety

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

· Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or related field preferred

· Minimum 3 years industry relevant experience in a supervisory maintenance role

· Demonstrated experience working within mining, civil construction or heavy equipment environments

· Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

· Experience using maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office programs

· Results-oriented with a cooperative approach

To successfully perform in this role, you will need to be exceptionally organised, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be attentive to detail. This role is FIFO (Brisbane or Townsville) and working a 2 week on / 1 week off roster.
