A Business Process Analyst is required to support a major data, reporting and technology transformation.

This is a hands-on role with a solid focus on understanding how new technology will affect people, processes and operational support. You will work across business, technology and delivery teams to define the future operating model, redesign processes, assess business impacts and make sure teams are ready to adopt and support the new environment.

The role will suit someone who is comfortable working across both business and technical areas and can turn complex change into clear processes, practical documentation and targeted training.

The role will include:

- Assess the impact of current data and reporting capabilities on existing business and operational processes.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current processes, identify gaps and design practical future-state processes.
- Map and improve business and technical processes, including support models and escalation pathways.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the future operating model.
- Develop clear documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, quick reference guides, readiness checklists and training materials.
- Identify capability gaps and help develop a structured training and skills uplift program.
- Support train-the-trainer activities, go-live preparation and the transition from project delivery into business-as-usual support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data and reporting teams, engineers, technology support teams and external delivery partners.




- Identify risks, process gaps and areas where teams may not be ready to adopt the new ways of working.
- Maintain clear links between requirements, processes and delivery outcomes through Jira and Confluence.

Your experience will include:

- Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst within Enterprise Level organisation
- Strong business process mapping, process improvement and workshop facilitation experience.
- Experience supporting a significant technology, data, reporting or enterprise data platform implementation.
- Demonstrated experience assessing business impacts and translating these into practical actions.
- Experience contributing to future operating models, support models or organisational structures.
- The ability to conduct skills assessments and identify capability or training gaps.
- Experience transitioning solutions from project delivery into operational support.
- Confidence working across business, functional and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including internal technology teams and external implementation partners.
- Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.




- Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Visio or Miro.

We are looking for someone who will be proactive, practical and comfortable working with ambiguity. You do not need to have teams reporting directly to you, but you must be able to coordinate activity across multiple workstreams, influence stakeholders and keep people focused on the required outcome.

You will also need to communicate confidently at different levels, moving easily between detailed technical discussions and straightforward conversations with business users.
