Contracts Administrator (Electrical) | Brisbane Contracts Administrator – Tier 2 Electrical Contractor Brisbane | Permanent | circa $120k + Super

A well-established Tier 2 electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane & SE QLD is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support delivery teams from award through to final account. This is a permanent role offering stability, structure, and genuine long-term progression.

The Role Reporting into the commercial/project leadership team, you’ll manage the key commercial and admin functions that keep projects running smoothly—procurement, subcontract admin, progress claims, and variations—working closely with PMs, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end contract administration across multiple electrical projects
- Prepare/issue purchase orders, subcontract packages and scope documents
- Manage procurement: pricing, comparisons, lead times, compliance and deliveries
- Assist with progress claims, payment tracking and supporting cashflow/forecasting
- Identify, price, submit and track variations (including approvals and registers)




- Support document control (RFIs/submittals/correspondence) and maintain key registers
- Contribute to project close-out and final account preparation

About You

- Experience as a Contracts Administrator (or solid Project Coordinator/Junior CA ready to step up) within electrical contracting or a similar construction environment
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to deadlines across multiple jobs
- Comfortable dealing with subcontractors and suppliers and managing procurement cycles
- High attention to detail (docs, registers, claims, compliance)
- Solid Excel skills and exposure to project systems (e.g. Aconex/Procore/Jobpac/Cheops or similar)
