As Receptionist/Spa Attendant you will be dedicated to exceeding expectations of our guests to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. Welcome guests to our Eliva Spa experiences in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and provide clean and safe surroundings for the comfort and care of all guests and employees. Take guest reservations, cashiering, responding to telephone bookings, opening/closing the spa and other general enquiries!

Your day to day

- Provide a warm welcome that kicks off a incredibly memorable guest experience and premium first impression every time for both in-house and external guests

- Managing appointments, phone calls, and email enquiries with confidence and efficiency

- Supporting our Director of Spa and Wellness and the Spa Therapist team to ensure smooth daily operations

- Maintaining a polished reception environment - with a commitment to high luxury spa standards!

- Answering guest enquiries and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

- Maintain a clean and serene spa setting and ensure all equipment and products are used and stored correctly. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the spa, including the change rooms, retail area and assisting the spa therapists to prepare the treatment rooms.

- Assisting with stock coordination, spa presentation,



and administrative tasks

- Helping ensure every guest feels informed, cared for, and genuinely valued

- Be knowledgeable of all product ranges offered in the Spa and the cost use of all retail items offered to upsell and rebook our guests.

- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism

- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy and be the brand ambassador of Eliva.

What we need from you

- Candidates must hold a valid work rights / work visa for Australia to be considered. Kind reminder that sponsorship is not available.

- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Spa Receptionist / Spa Attendant in within a luxury hotel, upmarket spa or resort setting.

- A friendly, professional communicator with a natural people-centric approach

- Strong organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail

- A genuine interest in wellness, understanding of spa treatments and delivering a caring, luxury experience.

- Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and time management skills.

- A strong understanding of the spa and wellness industry, with a calm, professional manner when working under pressure.

- Proven guest relations and retail sales skills,



with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

- Some experience using spa management systems and Microsoft Office.

- Flexibility to work different shifts across the roster including weekdays (opening & closing shifts), weekends, and Public Holidays.

- A valid RSA is required or must be obtained before starting, as we serve refreshments and beverages, and Police Check is desirable.
