- Proven ability to lead and embed a positive "I Know Safe, I Choose Safe" culture through visible safety leadership, coaching, and empowering teams to take ownership of protected outcomes
- Scheduling and implementing capital renewal and planned maintenance and inspections
- Incident management (derailments and unplanned maintenance)
- Managing and developing a multi skilled/trade team
- Prepare and monitor budgets including detailed cost estimates, accurate cost capture and implementation of effective cost control measures.
- Lead and develop a sustainable interdependent safety culture

About you: You are a respected people leader with a strong background in rail infrastructure and track assets. Leveraging your industry knowledge and leadership experience,



you will empower supervisors and frontline teams to safely deliver maintenance and renewal programs that keep our network performing at its best.

- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies
- High level of financial, cost control and budgetary experience.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- High level of interpersonal, both written and verbal, consultation and negotiation skills.
- Incident management experience.
