Equipment & Transport Specialists (ETS) is a busy 24/7 mechanical workshop providing 24/7 breakdown assistance on all makes and models while maintaining Scania dealer status. With our sister business of Equipment Specialists Australia being an equal part of this job, the applicant needs to be able to self-manage, prioritise tasks, serve customers at front reception and via phone and email.
Key responsibilities
- Organising parts and managing stock levels
- Meeting deadlines and liaising with couriers
- Stocking shelves and ensuring internal workshop/stock levels are maintained for all incoming work
- Dealing with multiple suppliers, including international suppliers
- Picking up parts around town locally
- Serving customers at front reception and via phone and email
About you
- Experienced parts manager
- Able to self-manage and prioritise tasks
- Proficient at computers and using OEM computer programs
- Motivated, proactive and productive
- Able to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
