We are currently seeking a full time Optical Assistant whose primary role will involve clinical duties such as (pre health checks) to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities will involve:
Ability to build rapport and adopt good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
Conduct pre-health checks to the highest standard to ensure we are providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding clinical performances into every customer interaction in the clinic journey.
Continuously review clinic set up, customer journey (as well as customer service metrics) to achieve continuous improvements and efficiencies within the clinical area.
Accurately perform any administrative tasks required.
Follow and strive to achieve stores clinical goals on a daily, monthly and yearly basis to drive clinical productivity.
Work closely with Audiology and Optometry professionals to ensure each customer experience is consistent and delivers to high standard.
Ensure clinical area standards assessment checklists are used to ensure all necessary clinic area activities are carried out regularly.
Ensure clinic area is maintained to the highest standards.
Actively participate in creating a positive team culture within
store.
Consistently show support of other team members.
Actively participate in designated training programs
Perform any other reasonable duties as may be reasonably requested by a manager which may be required from time to time.
