About the role
You will support children with a broad range of developmental, communication and complex disability needs, with the opportunity to work across both clinic and school environments.

Depending on your preferences and caseload requirements, your week may include dedicated clinic days alongside full days onsite at established partner schools.

The school-based model is structured around spending the full day at one school wherever possible, rather than travelling between multiple appointments. This allows you to build stronger relationships with students, teachers and school teams while creating a more manageable working day.
Your caseload may include children presenting with:

- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD
- Developmental delays
- Complex disabilities
- Communication and language difficulties
- Feeding difficulties
- Anxiety and behavioural needs
- Sensory processing challenges
- Motor coordination concerns

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering individual and group therapy
- Conducting assessments and developing therapy plans
- Reviewing client goals and progress
- Providing clinic and school-based intervention
- Working collaboratively with parents, teachers and school staff
- Participating in multidisciplinary case conferencing
- Developing therapy resources and programs
- Maintaining clear clinical documentation

Support and development
You will join a large multidisciplinary team of more than 70 therapists, including Speech Pathologists,



Occupational Therapists, BSP's and Behaviour Therapists.

New graduates and early-career clinicians will receive structured onboarding, a gradual caseload build and regular clinical supervision.

Experienced Speech Pathologists will have access to ongoing professional development, internal training, personalised career plans and opportunities to progress into senior or leadership positions.

The organisation also has established relationships with more than 90 schools across NSW, meaning systems, referral pathways and school partnerships are already in place.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership or eligibility
- Passion for working with paediatric clients
- Interest in developmental and complex disability presentations
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
- Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
