Construction Manager – Walling, Cladding & Flooring Systems

$130,000–$170,000 per year

Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee site operations for an established company specialising in walling, cladding, flooring systems and architectural coatings.

Supporting residential and commercial builders, the business coordinates material supply and installation across multiple projects. This role requires a strong residential construction background and proven leadership skills to guide the Supervisor team, manage senior builder relationships and drive quality, safety and program performance.

About the Role

You will take ownership of site operations across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, ensuring supervisors and installation teams have the direction and resources needed to deliver work successfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and holding the Supervisor team accountable for site performance.

- Overseeing installation works across multiple residential and commercial projects.

- Managing builder relationships at a senior level and resolving escalated site issues.

- Coordinating supervisors, installation crews, material deliveries and project schedules.

- Monitoring programs, identifying delays and implementing practical solutions.

- Maintaining consistent installation quality and managing defects through to completion.

- Driving safe work practices across sites.

- Reviewing drawings, specifications and installation requirements with site teams.

- Using digital reporting and project tracking systems to monitor progress and performance.





- Reporting operational priorities, delivery risks and resource requirements to management.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- A strong residential construction background, with commercial experience also valued.

- Proven experience leading supervisors and multiple construction or installation teams.

- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or in a comparable senior operational role.

- Confidence managing relationships with builders and handling challenging conversations professionally.

- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site coordination, quality control and safety.

- The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

- Clear communication, practical problem-solving and strong organisational skills.

- Confidence using digital systems for scheduling, reporting and quality checks.

- Experience with AAC panels, walling, cladding, rendering or flooring systems would be highly regarded.

- A current driver’s licence, White Card and willingness to travel across SEQ and Northern NSW.
