About the role

Join The Learning Garden Early Education, Care and Kindergarten as an Early Childhood Educator in Jimboomba. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early education and care to children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development within a nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

- Observe and document children's progress, adapting programs to suit their individual needs and interests

- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service through reflective practice

- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment

What we're looking for

- Relevant early childhood education qualification (completed or studying Diploma or certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care)

- Demonstrated experience working with children in an early learning environment

- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children

- Creativity and the ability to facilitate imaginative, play-based learning

- Commitment to ongoing professional development





- A continual Commitment to Child Safety, upholding Children’s Rights and the Child Safe Standards.

- A cleared Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

- Completed National Child Safety Training – Geccko Certificate.
