About the role

Lely Australia is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of all marketing activities within Cluster Oceania covering Australia and New Zealand. With your expertise we will achieve maximum market opportunity and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that marketing plans meet the Lely required standard for pricing and promotion and is in line with the Lely good and services.

Key responsibilities

- Advice management and distributors on advertising strategies and campaigns to actively and effectively promote Lely goods and services

- Stimulates the use of CRM, monitors conversion, measures impact of campaigns

- Advice on the use of corporate marketing tools, monitors branding and Lely corporate identity according to corporate guidelines

- Research market potential and collect data for current Lely goods and services

- Coordinating,



scheduling and development of advertising campaigns with the budget constraints

- Create and recommend optimization of digital content, search engines, social media websites

- Support and grow the Lely brand and business for goods and services

- Generate leads by organizing advertising policies and campaigns (on- and offline)

- Perform and analyse market and customer research

- Monitor and report marketing plans/actual performance in close collaboration with Cluster Management

About you

- Bachelor of Marketing or equivalent tertiary education

- At least 5 years solid and relevant marketing experience in automated milking systems industry

- Attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Valid Australian working visa, candidates outside Australia will not be considered.

- Able to travel within Australia and Internationally
