Monday to Friday | 7:15am–9:15am and 3:00pm–6:00pm

Pulteney Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Lead Educator to join our Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis.

Working across both our before and after school care programs, the OSHC Lead Educator will provide consistency and leadership within the service, supporting the delivery of a secure, engaging and inclusive program for our students.

About the role

The successful applicant will:

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the OSHC program during rostered sessions.

- Support and guide educators in providing high-quality care and activities.

- Build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.

- Assist with program planning and continuous improvement.

- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant School policies.

- Undertake Responsible Person duties where required.

About you

You will:

- Have experience working with school-aged children, preferably within OSHC.

- Be reliable, organised and confident providing leadership within a team.





- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Hold an ACECQA-recognised qualification meeting the South Australian requirements for a First Qualified Educator in an OSHC service.

- Hold, or be able to obtain, all required child-safety clearances, first aid qualifications and training.
