Our company is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing account management and serving as a trusted advisor to our most valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic business plans that demonstrate your commercial savvy and drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive, customer-focused account plans that span across various functions.

- Ensure the retention of both new and existing clients by delivering exceptional service and support.

- Compile and deliver monthly reports to our clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Manage inquiries from our national customer base, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Provide support for tender preparation and new business contracts, leveraging your negotiation skills to secure favourable terms.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in account and relationship management with key clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).





- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in administration and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.

- An understanding of the Facilities and Cleaning industry would be advantageous.

What we offer:

1. Competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000 (based on experience) + Super

2. $15,000 Car Allowance
