As a Principal Service Operations Specialist, we’ll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:

- Champion IT service and support to our internal customers, with a focus on those working from our Brisbane office.
- Consistently meet or exceed agreed service levels for response and resolution times, following ITIL incident, request and change management practices.
- Resolve complex desktop, Microsoft 365 and end-user technology issues, escalating to the right specialists when required.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets at our Brisbane site, ensuring the asset register is accurate and that the site is never held up waiting for hardware.
- Keep service quality high by writing and maintaining knowledge articles, standard procedures and clear communication with internal customers.
