The Service, Maintenance & Fit Out department works alongside some of Victoria's most respected property owners, facility managers, and body corporates, delivering maintenance, compliance work, infrastructure upgrades, fit outs, and technical services.

As our business keeps growing, we're looking for an experienced coordinator to run our scheduling and support our wider Electrical Admin function.

About the role

This is a coordinator role for an experienced trades scheduler who knows trade businesses inside out and understands how to balance excellent customer service with efficient scheduling. Our qualified electricians handle the technical side — we need someone to manage the flow of work and keep operations running smoothly.

You'll take ownership of scheduling field technicians across service and maintenance jobs, overseeing a portfolio of property managers, owners' committees, builders, and commercial clients right across Melbourne. You'll coordinate service and maintenance workflow across a diverse mix of sites — retail premises, multi-level residential, schools, aged care, and hospitality venues. Between scheduling technicians, you'll also follow up on quotes to help build a strong pipeline of confirmed work.

Based at our Oakleigh South office, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities





- Receive and process new job orders from existing and current customers

- Schedule field technicians for efficient workflow and in line with customer service timelines

- Follow up outstanding quotes to secure sales and confirm acceptance

- Coordinate site access for service jobs (keys, FOBs, and similar)

- Provide Electrical Admin support across the job management system (SimPRO) and wider file and business systems

About you

- Experienced coordinator with years in administration and scheduling roles

- Sharp eye for detail with strong communication and great organisation

- Strong computer skills — ideally with job management software experience (SimPRO)

- Solid experience in a trade industry, showing clear coordination and customer service strengths

- A willingness to learn and shape the role for the benefit of everyone

- A current driver's licence - the role is office based, but this adds useful flexibility
