You'll love interacting with people and sales come naturally. You might have experience in a coaching or sports background. No indoor skydiving experience is required. This role would suit someone with a versatile schedule and/or university students.
Key responsibilities
- Approach guests in the building and guide guests around the facility
- Process bookings (direct and indirect), rescheduling, and check-in using a computer
- Process cash and eftpos sales using a POS system
- Answer phone calls and email enquiries using helpdesk software
- Ensure waivers are complete and current
- Communicate effectively with team members throughout the day
- Have a proactive attitude towards foreseeable problems each day
- Deal with guests, suppliers and team members professionally at all times
- Product knowledge and recommendations
- Upselling and cross selling
About you
- Must be age 18+
- Willing to learn to operate (drive) the wind tunnel
- Has great people skills and can chat to just about anyone
- Has experience in either a sales, customer facing role or leisure activity, or has experience with teaching and coaching
- Is confident, organised, and hardworking
- Is comfortable working weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Is happy to jump in front of a camera (or behind it) for social content
- Is a team player and will always look for ways in which to make the work day a little brighter

We are an indoor skydiving wind tunnel based in Penrith, NSW. Our weekdays are quieter, with training sports skydivers, tourists, military and school groups. Our weekends are busy with families, birthday parties and groups celebrating occasions. We are passionate about providing a highly quality experience.
