About the role
We’re looking for an organised and capable Office Assistant to join our team at Flatpax Cut To Size. This is a varied role supporting customers, sales and day-to-day office operations.

- Answering phone calls, emails and customer enquiries

- Preparing quotes and invoices

- Processing customer orders

- Coordinating deliveries

- Ordering materials and stock

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- General administration and office support

About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment.





- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Good attention to detail

- Confident using computers and learning new software

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

- Friendly and skilled

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm ( Can vary slightly depending on schedule)
