About the role

We are looking for an experienced Services Relationship Manager to support Capital Health Network’s (CHN) commissioned community health services deliver improved health equity and better health outcomes for Canberrans. The role works collaboratively with CHN business units and health care providers to commission evidence-informed services that reach people at risk of poor health outcomes. This role calls for strong contract management understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure commissioned health services deliver efficient and effective person-centred care.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the Community Commissioned Services Team to optimise processes and systems to effectively monitor and evaluate service performance in line with funding agreements and contracted deliverables. These commissioned services address identified population health needs in First Nations health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, older person’s and women’s health.

About the team

Reporting to Senior Manager Commissioning, the Services Relationship Manager, Community plans, collaborates, funds, monitors and evaluates community and allied health services. The Services Relationship Manager, Community works alongside the Services Relationship Manager, Primary Care and collaborates closely with CHN procurement, planning, reporting and subject matter expert teams. The Community Commissioned Services Team leverages their experience and relationships as well as a continuous learning approach to manage service performance.

Position Salary: $61.71 per hour (approximately $122,338 per annum) plus superannuation
