Your opportunity

You'll work primarily across Residential Aged Care, providing personalised, evidence-based Physiotherapy services that help older adults maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.

You'll support residents through a varied caseload, including mobility and functional programs, individual interventions, care plan reviews, falls prevention and group-based active ageing programs.

You'll work closely with residents, families, facility staff and our multidisciplinary team to provide meaningful, person-centred care.

We welcome applications from both experienced Physiotherapists and New Graduates.

If you're a recent graduate, you won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. You'll have access to structured clinical support, regular supervision and experienced clinicians who can help you build your confidence and develop your skills as you transition into practice.

You'll also be part of a national network of allied health professionals, giving you the opportunity to connect, learn and share knowledge with clinicians across Australia.

For experienced Physiotherapists, you'll have the autonomy to manage your caseload and clinical day while having access to a supportive team whenever you need it.

What you'll be doing

As a Physiotherapist with Plena, you'll provide a range of services including:

- Mobility and functional assessments and intervention
- Individual Physiotherapy sessions tailored to each resident's goals and needs




- Care plan reviews and ongoing clinical management
- Falls prevention and mobility programs
- Group-based active ageing and exercise programs
- Education and advice for residents, families and facility staff
- Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants
- Accurate clinical documentation and reporting

About you

We're looking for a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping older adults live healthier, happier and more independent lives.

You'll be a team player with strong interpersonal skills,



a problem-solving mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues.

To be considered, you'll need:

- A Physiotherapy qualification recognised in Australia
- General Registration with AHPRA
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to work in a mobile capacity across West / North West Tasmania
- Full Australian working rights, or eligibility for sponsorship
