The Opportunity

Crushing Screen International is seeking experienced Processing Supervisors for our Lithium operation at Bald Hill, on 2/1 roster. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, adhering to safety, and continuously improving processing activities to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.

- Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.

- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.

- Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

- Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.

What is Required?

- Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience





- Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing environment

- Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.

- Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
